Where We Ship

We currently ship supplements ("The Goods") only to addresses within the 50 states of the U.S. addresses only.

United States

For all products (supplements and clothing), we offer standard shipping. For all orders under $85, the shipping charge is a flat $8.95. All orders over $85 come with free shipping. Shipping charges for AK, HI, and PR are a flat rate of $15.95 and no free shipping. We do not offer overnight shipping.

RETURN POLICY

Website Purchases:

Returns, exchanges, and refunds will be accepted within 30 days of receiving the item purchased on our website, subject to the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
  • A return request form must be completed for all returns and/or exchanges.
  • Some items are non-returnable, including sale items, personal care products, and perishables.
  • Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
  • Refunds will be issued as store credit, unless otherwise specified.
  • All returns and exchanges must be pre-approved through our customer service team.
Damaged or Missing Items:For any damaged and/or missing items, customers must notify us within 30 days of receipt of shipment. Please complete the return form and we will gladly replace those items free of charge.
All Supplements bought on coatspharmacy.com must meet the following criteria for a return, exchange, or refund:
  • Completed return request form
  • Must be returned in original packaging
  • Must provide a receipt for proof of purchase
  • At least half full
Refunds:All items purchased on coatspharmacy.com have a 100% money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our products and would like a refund please complete a return form within 90 days of receiving the item and we will gladly issue a refund, excluding free items.
Sales and Promotions:All clearance items are considered final sale, they cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason after the purchase. In rare cases where a clearance item is received in a defective or damaged condition that was not apparent at the time of purchase, we will work with you to address the issue.
Exchanges:All Coats Pharmacy products come with our 100% Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our products you may exchange them for the same or comparable product. Please complete a return form within 90 days of receiving the item and we will gladly issue a refund.
